GOAT'S Milk from the hills outside Piltown; cow's milk from the prime, undulating farm
land of Ennisnag and the milk from sheep grazing in the shadow of the Rock of Cashel
are just part of the success story that has made the name of Knockdrinna Cheese a
byword for gourmet food and in particular boutique cheeses. The selection of cheeses
includes both hard and soft cheeses and are made using traditional methods of cheese
making. Knockdrinna, having been making goats, sheep and cows cheeses for just three year has already won numerous national and international awards including:
British Cheese Awards 2007.
